VIVO officially launched Y33s on 24th August 2021 in two colors. The phone came with an FHD+ 6.58-inch IPS LCD Display with a waterdrop notch camera at the top of the screen. The phone has a MediaTek Helio G80 chipset with an octa-core processor of frequency up to 2.0GHz. It also includes ARM Mali-G52 GPU for better graphical processing. The phone has 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage with an Extended RAM 2.0 that can utilize free ROM up to 4GB of memory. It also supports memory expansion of up to 1TB using an external SD Card. The phone holds a 50MP triple rear camera with a 16MP selfie camera at the front. The phone also contains a big 5000mAh battery supporting an 18W fast charger for flash charging.
The phone has a simple and flat design, making it attractive and appealing among competitors. It features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a triple camera setup at the back. However, the phone has a plastic body which might be prone to scratches. The phone sports a large 6.58-inch Full HD+ resolution display, which is a significant upgrade from the usual budget phone. The IPS display offers great viewing angles and satisfactory color reproduction.
The phone boasts a high-resolution 50-megapixel triple rear camera system. The quality of the photography is satisfactory for its vibrant colors and performance in high-lighting conditions. It also performs well in low light when set manually in pro mode.
In conclusion, the Vivo Y33s seems to be a decent phone with some strong features like its camera and battery. However, it does have its drawbacks, and user experiences seem to vary.
